Many of us find teaching in higher education interesting, challenging and frustrating at the same time.
It
makes sense to improve the approaches and methods used in teaching
since most teachers in higher education have never been taught how to
teach.

It was shown that if a
teacher is aware of the problems teachers and students face in
education, his/her methods will unconsciously improve even without
explicitly trying new things.
