fitFCS is a Matlab program for fitting FCS autocorrelation curves. The program can be run in command-prompt mode and in GUI-mode. A representative screenshot of the latter is shown below.

Download this ZIP file, containing the Matlab program (fitFCS.p) and the HTML help file, and unzip it to a folder. Execute the program by typing 'fitFCS' at the Matlab command prompt (GUI-mode). For more detailed instructions and for executing the program in command-prompt mode, consult the help file.
